Ingredients:

100 g pistachio kernels (without salt)
50 g marzipan paste
80 g sugar
250 ml milk
200 ml cream
2 eggs

The portion is enough for about 8 scoops of ice cream
Settings:

Ice cream consistency: hard
Stirring speed: fast
Time: 40-50 minutes

Preparation:

Put a pot of water on the boil and put the unsalted pistachios in the hot water. After 2-3 minutes, take them out and rinse them in cold water. The skin will now come away from the kernel very easily.
Now place the pistachios in a tall container and puree them together with the milk using a GASTROBACK® Hand Blender .
Then slowly heat the pistachio milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil once.
If you want the puree to be even finer, pass all the milk through a sieve (this takes a while, but everything goes through and you get an even finer puree).
Once the pistachio milk has cooled, you can continue. Cut the marzipan into small pieces, add to the milk, puree once and leave to cool.
Now add all the other ingredients and puree them again. The pistachio ice cream mixture is ready and can be made into delicious pistachio ice cream in the ice cream maker .

Tip:
Shortly before the end of the preparation time, add chopped pistachios as a “crunch” into the filling opening on the lid.

With this delicious smoothie you start the day full of energy. Fruity and sweet, with a slight spiciness from the ginger, it will keep you full long enough without being heavy in your stomach.
  Ingredients

1 ripe mango (approx. 500 g)
1 tbsp ginger (peeled)
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
500 ml carrot juice OR
1 kilo of fresh carrots (for juicing)

  Preparation
Peel the mango and cut the pulp from the stone, roughly dice. Peel the ginger.
Peel the carrots (about 1 kilo is required) and juice them in the Design Multi Juicer Digital Plus . Alternatively, ready-made carrot juice can be used.
! ATTENTION ! this often contains sugar.
For a smoothie, add half of the mango, half of the ginger, half of the carrot juice and the juice of the fresh lime to the Design Smoothie Maker Mix & Go . Puree the contents very finely and enjoy straight away or keep closed in the refrigerator.
If you want something sweeter, you can sweeten it with a little agave syrup.
